GroundTruth is an advertising platform that turns real-world behavior into marketing that drives in-store visits and other real business results. We use observed real-world consumer behavior, including location and purchase data, to create targeted advertising campaigns across all screens, measure how consumers respond, and uncover unique insights to help optimize ongoing and future marketing efforts.

Location: Remote (with hybrid touch points if needed)

Are you passionate about Artificial Intelligence and eager to move from experiments to real-world impact?


GroundTruth India is launching a

6-month AI Fellowship/Internship

designed for professionals who want to

build deployable AI solutions

in a business context. This is your chance to work with senior mentors, learn industry best practices, and contribute to projects that drive real value at scale.

What You'll Do

Convert prototypes into production-ready AI solutions that solve real business problems. Design, test, and deploy AI models and workflows with guidance from senior mentors. Work with LLMs, automation frameworks, and data pipelines in enterprise-scale projects.
Participate in fast-paced sprints to deliver AI use cases end-to-end (idea prototypeworking solution). Document your work to ensure scalability and reusability across teams.

Skills That Help

Familiarity with

AI tools and frameworks

(e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.). Basic coding or scripting skills (Python preferred). Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and ability to adapt quickly. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
