About the Traineeship Program

We are seeking an

AI Fashion Design Trainee

who is passionate about fashion, technology, and creative innovation. This role is designed for forward-thinking individuals who want to explore how

artificial intelligence can transform fashion design

--from trend research to concept creation and digital prototyping. You'll work alongside our fashion and AI teams to

co-create futuristic designs, collections, and styling experiences

for the Wabric platform. This is an

unpaid traineeship program (6-8 Weeks)

where you will gain hands-on experience.

Only students or recent graduates pursuing/completed a Master's in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Apparel Technology and or relevant fields may apply. Selection will be based on interview performance. Candidates must be available for full-time (Remote) traineeship.

Key Responsibilities

Use

AI-powered design tools

to create fashion sketches, prints, and digital garments. Assist in developing

trend-based fashion concepts and mood boards

with AI support. Collaborate with the design team to

transform AI-generated outputs into wearable collections

. Support in

virtual prototyping, digital fittings, and 3D garment rendering

. Research

emerging AI trends in fashion

(fabric generation, personalization, sustainability). Work with the AI stylist team to

recommend outfit pairings and looks for Wabric customers

. Document workflows and

contribute to innovation projects in fashion-tech

.

Key Skills & Competencies

Passion for

fashion design + technology integration

. Basic knowledge of

fashion illustration, garment construction, or textiles

. Familiarity with AI tools for

image/design generation

(preferred but not mandatory). Creative thinking, adaptability, and strong visualization skills. Proficiency in design tools like

Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or 3D software

is a plus. Curiosity to experiment and learn

new AI tools quickly
