About the Role:

Looking for a highly skilled

Automation Engineer

who can design, build, and optimize automated workflows across various departments including operations, marketing, CRM, programming, customer service, QA, and analytics. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with

automation tools

like N8N, Make.com, and

Modern AI

tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Nano Banana, Claude, etc. You will work closely with our programming, marketing, and operations teams to automate repetitive processes, reduce manual work, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Workflow Automations AI Powered Solution Cross Department Automation API Integration Work Monitoring, Maintenance and Enhancement of Workflow.

Required Skills

Hands on experience on Automaton Platforms AI tools Technical skills API usage: REST, Webhooks, JSON Basic scripting: JavaScript / Python for custom nodes Google Workspace automations Understanding of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Airtable, Sheets)

Other Skills-

Problem Solving Skills Analytical Skills Clear documentation writing Ability to convert manual SOPs into automated workflows Attention to detail, reliability, ownership mindset

Prior Preferred Experience:

E-commerce automation experience Experience with Zapier, Pabbly, Workato Knowledge of GA4, Data Studio, BigQuery Experience with CRM (HubSpot, Zoho) Familiarity with scraping APIs and cloud services
