We are seeking a

highly skilled AI leader

to design, build, and scale intelligent AI systems that automate software development lifecycle (SDLC) assurance, testing, and compliance. In this role, you will drive the creation of enterprise-grade AI agents and multi-agent workflows that enhance SDLC efficiency, accuracy, and auditability.
You will collaborate with engineering, QA, security, and DevOps teams to develop scalable, explainable, and fully auditable AI-driven solutions for development, testing, IAM, deployment, and security controls.

What You'll Be Doing

AI Systems & Agent Development

Design and implement

intelligent AI agents

to automate SDLC testing, compliance, and security assurance.
Enhance and optimize existing AI agents (e.g., Test Generator, Evidence Validator) for improved scalability and performance.
Develop new AI agents for domains such as

deployment controls, identity & access management, security, and change management

.
Build multi-agent orchestration pipelines that handle complex, multi-step SDLC processes.

AI Engineering & LLM Workflows

Implement

Large Language Models (LLMs)

using platforms like

GCP Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, or OpenAI-compatible APIs

.
Design

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

, vector databases, and knowledge graphs to support context-aware, explainable AI outputs.
Apply prompt engineering, tool calling, and AI workflow optimization for high-accuracy results.
Implement human-in-the-loop checks and guardrails to ensure reliability, compliance, and audit-readiness.

SDLC Automation & Compliance

Translate SDLC policies, standards, and controls into AI-driven reasoning and decision workflows.
Ensure AI outputs are

traceable, verifiable, and aligned with enterprise compliance requirements

.
Integrate AI agents with microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures for seamless deployment.

Collaboration & Mentorship

Work closely with development, QA, security, and operations teams to integrate AI automation into existing SDLC pipelines.
Mentor engineers and AI practitioners in building enterprise-grade AI systems and best practices for automation.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

12+ years of experience

in software development, test automation, and SDLC frameworks.
Strong Python skills for AI/ML and backend development.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI platforms (Vertex AI, Bedrock, OpenAI APIs).
Experience building

Agentic AI systems

or multi-step AI workflows.
Solid knowledge of

knowledge graphs, vector databases, and RAG pipelines

.
Familiarity with

microservices, cloud-native architectures, and CI/CD pipelines

.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in

Banking, FinTech, or payment platforms

.
Exposure to enterprise SDLC compliance frameworks and audit-ready automation.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and automated deployment workflows.
