About the Role

We are looking for a

practical and visionary AI Engineer

who can design, build, and deploy AI solutions that power our CRM and applications. The role combines

AI/ML model development, AI agent design, and integration of automation flows

into production applications.

You will work on

recommendation systems, chatbots, semantic search, predictive analytics, personalization, demand forecasting, and workflow automation

, while ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities AI Strategy & Solution Design

Work with product & engineering teams to design AI flows and agents across CRM, partner app, staff app, and consumer app. Identify areas where AI can optimize workflows (booking, scheduling, retention, support, analytics). Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

AI/ML Development & Integration

Build and deploy AI models for personalization, chatbots, semantic search, predictive analytics, fraud detection, and marketing automation. Integrate third-party AI APIs & agent frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Rasa, n8n, MindStudio, etc.). Implement AI-driven automation pipelines for recurring business processes.

Model Training, Deployment & Monitoring

Train and fine-tune ML models (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face). Deploy models via Flask/FastAPI, AWS SageMaker, or serverless APIs for low-latency use (<300ms). Implement

MLOps workflows

: CI/CD, monitoring, drift detection, retraining. Ensure compliance, security, and cost optimization for AI workloads.

Data Engineering & Pipelines

Work with structured (MySQL/Postgres) and unstructured (S3, NoSQL) data. Build preprocessing, feature engineering, and ETL workflows. Leverage

vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)

for semantic search & retrieval.

Collaboration & Delivery

Work with frontend/backend teams to integrate AI into

real-time Node.js, Flutter, and React applications

. Deliver features rapidly while maintaining scalability and reliability. Partner with product managers to define KPIs for AI-driven outcomes.

Required Skills & Expertise

3-7 years of applied AI/ML experience (NLP, recommendation systems, predictive analytics). Strong hands-on skills with

Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)

and deployment frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, AWS SageMaker). Experience with

AI agent frameworks

(LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, Rasa) and orchestration tools (n8n, MindStudio, Airflow, Zapier). Proficiency in

Node.js

and REST/GraphQL integrations. Experience with

vector DBs

(Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS). Understanding of

MLOps best practices

(monitoring, retraining, CI/CD). Strong collaboration & problem-solving skills.

Key KPIs for the Role

Accuracy & relevance of AI models (precision, recall, F1-score). Latency & scalability (fast, reliable serving at scale). Time-to-market for AI features. Seamless integration into Node.js, Flutter, and React applications. Cost optimization of AI workloads on AWS.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with

GenAI, LLMs, embeddings, RAG systems

. Knowledge of conversational AI, voice bots, or WhatsApp AI assistants. Familiarity with

multi-agent frameworks

for task automation. Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with A/B testing & analytics for AI features.

Pay: ₹15,321.56 - ₹200,000.00 per month
