Position Overview

Our Group is seeking highly skilled

AI Engineers

with strong hands-on experience in

Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI

. The ideal candidate will design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using modern frameworks and industry-standard MLOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, train, test, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications Implement NLP solutions including

Zero-Shot

and

Few-Shot

classification Apply text-processing techniques using

TF-IDF, Word2Vec, and BERT

Develop and fine-tune

Generative AI models

(OpenAI, LLaMA) for business use cases Work with ML algorithms such as Linear Regression, Decision Trees, KNN, SVM, Random Forest, Logistic Regression, and Bayesian models Build and manage

RESTful APIs and microservices

using

Flask and FastAPI

Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions Manage and integrate data pipelines using

MongoDB and MySQL

Use

Git and Bitbucket

for version control and collaborative development Support project tracking and delivery using

JIRA and Asana

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics

3+ years

of experience in

Python programming

(data structures & algorithms)

3+ years

of experience in

Machine Learning & Statistics

with knowledge of at least 6 ML algorithms

3+ years

of experience in

NLP

(Zero-Shot, Few-Shot, TF-IDF, Word2Vec, BERT)

3+ years

of experience in

Generative AI

(OpenAI, LLaMA)

3+ years

of experience with

MongoDB and MySQL

3+ years

of experience with

Flask & FastAPI

microservices

3+ years

of experience using

Git & Bitbucket

1+ year

of experience building

REST APIs

Experience using

JIRA and Asana

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

Certifications in

Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP
