Key Responsibilities

Model Development & Deployment (NLP/Sentiment):

Design, implement, and
deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Deep Learning models (e.g.,
Transformers, RNNs, CNNs, BERT-based models) for highly accurate Sentiment
Analysis, emotional classification, and intent recognition across various data
sources (reviews, social media, customer interactions).

Trust and Credibility Scoring:

Lead the architecture and development of complex,
multi-modal Trust Score models (also known as Reputation or Credibility Scoring).
This involves defining features, integrating various signals (e.g., historical
behavior, network analysis, content sentiment), and ensuring the model is robust
against adversarial attacks and manipulation.

Data Engineering for AI:

Oversee the entire data pipeline for unstructured text data, including collection, cleaning, normalization, feature engineering (e.g., word
embeddings, topic modeling), and labeling to create high-quality datasets for
model training.

Performance Optimization:

Continuously monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune models
to improve performance metrics (e.g., F1-score, AUC, precision/recall) and ensure
scalability and low latency for real-time inference in production.

A/B Testing & MLOps:

Implement MLOps best practices, including version control
for data and models, automated training and deployment (CI/CD), and systematic
A/B testing of different model versions to validate business impact.

Ethical AI & Bias Mitigation:

Identify and mitigate algorithmic bias in NLP and
trust models, ensuring fair, transparent, and explainable outcomes. Document
model limitations and risks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Data Scientists, Product
Managers, and Software Engineers to translate business objectives into technical
AI solutions and seamlessly integrate the scoring and analysis APIs into core
platform features.
