Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

AI Engineer

to join our innovative team at ChicMic Studios. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

Python, Django, Flask, DRF, and AWS

, combined with deep knowledge of

machine learning, computer vision, NLP, and advanced AI architectures

. Hands-on experience with

PyTorch, TensorFlow, transformer models, CNNs, RNNs, and diffusion models

is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain

web applications

using Django and Flask frameworks. Design and implement

RESTful APIs

with Django Rest Framework (DRF). Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on

AWS services

(EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation). Build and integrate

AI/ML APIs

into existing systems and products. Design, train, and optimize

machine learning models

with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn. Work on

transformer architectures

(BERT, GPT, Vision Transformers) for NLP and multimodal AI. Implement

deep learning models

including CNNs, RNNs, and GANs for real-world use cases. Develop

Computer Vision solutions

for image recognition, detection, and classification. Work on

image generation models

such as GANs and diffusion models for generative AI tasks. Optimize models through

hyperparameter tuning, pruning, and quantization

. Deploy ML models to production using

TorchServe, TensorFlow Serving, and AWS SageMaker

. Ensure scalability, security, and high performance of deployed models and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices. Conduct

code reviews

and mentor junior developers. Stay updated with the latest advancements in

AI/ML, Computer Vision, and Generative AI

.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience as a

Python Developer

. Strong proficiency in

Python

, Django, Flask, and DRF. Proven expertise with

AWS services

for deployment and scaling applications. Hands-on experience with

PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn

. Strong background in

transformers, CNNs, RNNs, and diffusion models

. Experience with

Computer Vision frameworks

(OpenCV, Detectron2, YOLO, etc.). Knowledge of

NLP techniques

using transformers (BERT, GPT, LLM fine-tuning). Familiarity with

MLOps practices

for managing end-to-end ML lifecycle. Solid understanding of

SQL & NoSQL databases

(PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience with

model training, evaluation, and deployment

in production. Exposure to

image generation models

(GANs, Stable Diffusion, etc.). Familiarity with front-end basics (

JavaScript, HTML, CSS

) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities to explain technical concepts clearly.
