AI Engineer

to join our growing tech team in

Indore

and help us build intelligent systems that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various business use cases. Work with large structured and unstructured datasets to extract meaningful insights. Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to integrate AI capabilities into core products. Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics (based on project needs). Build scalable and reusable AI modules with clean, maintainable code. Monitor and improve model accuracy and performance in production environments. Maintain documentation and ensure reproducibility of experiments and models.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. 0.6-2years of experience in machine learning, data science, or AI model development. Proficiency in

Python

and ML frameworks such as

TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

. Hands-on experience with

data preprocessing, feature engineering

, and model evaluation techniques. Experience with tools like

Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib

, and version control (Git). Understanding of software development principles and basic cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
