Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related technical discipline.

Certifications (if any): Relevant certifications in AI/ML, NLP, Deep Learning or Cloud AI platforms (preferred).

Experience: Minimum

4+ years of experience in AI/ML model development, LLM integration and intelligent system design.

Job Role: The

AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying intelligent systems that enhance automation and decision-making within enterprise applications. The role involves building agent-based AI architectures, integrating large language models and developing intelligent agents capable of reasoning, learning and acting autonomously. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable, explainable and production-ready AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement

scalable agentic AI systems capable of executing complex workflows and reasoning over domain-specific data.*
Research, prototype and deploy

machine learning and deep learning models

, with emphasis on

Natural Language Processing (NLP/NLU)

.*
Develop and integrate

autonomous AI agents that can interpret, analyse and act on structured and unstructured data.*
Utilize frameworks such as

LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI Function Calling and Semantic Kernel to create multi-agent workflows.*
Fine-tune and deploy

Large Language Models (LLMs) using

PEFT, LoRA and RAG techniques for domain adaptation.*
Build and maintain infrastructure for AI model lifecycle management--training, inference, monitoring and optimization.*
Collaborate with domain experts, product teams and engineers to design transparent, explainable and ethical AI solutions.*
Contribute to the overall AI and automation strategy, enabling innovation and scalability across product offerings.*

Required Skills:

Strong foundation in

Machine Learning, NLP and Deep Learning.*
Hands-on experience with

Python and libraries/frameworks such as

PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace Transformers, LangChain and Spacy.*
Proven experience in building or integrating

agentic AI systems or

multi-agent frameworks.*
Understanding of

LLM architectures (OpenAI, LLAMA, Falcon) and

prompt engineering techniques.*
Familiarity with

Reinforcement Learning methods (PPO, RLHF, RLAIF).*
Experience with

document processing and semantic extraction from text, PDFs and images.*
Exposure to

cloud-based AI environments and

MLOps practices.*

Desired Skills:

Experience in AI system deployment using

Docker or

microservices architecture.*
Knowledge of

retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.*
Familiarity with

vector databases and

embedding techniques.*
