Job Role: Master Data Lead
Our Client is IT product based company, They provide software and services to help laboratories across various industries manage data, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency. LabVantage is known for its comprehensive platform that integrates LIMS, ELN (Electronic Laboratory Notebook), AI, analytics, and automated lab solutions.
Location: Kolkata
Experience : 2-10yrs
Requirements
Requirements ::
o Strong understanding of AI/ML principles, protocols, and best practices.
o Comprehensive knowledge of major LLMs (Anthropic, Cohere, Meta, Mistral AI, OpenAI, etc.) and
ability to recommend suitable models for various use cases.
o Mastery of key generative AI concepts: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Chain-of-Thought
(CoT), agentic AI, and conversational AI.
o Proficient in at least one LLM-based application development framework.
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Strong communication and collaboration skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Fluent in both spoken and written English.
