About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking

GenAI Lead

with a strong blend of

consulting expertise, engineering depth, and AI product delivery experience

. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in

AI/ML and Generative AI (GenAI)

initiatives, guiding enterprise clients and cross-functional teams through the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

GenAI/ML teams

across industries and customer engagements, driving innovation and value delivery. Translate

complex business problems

into scalable, production-grade

GenAI solution architectures

. Design and implement solutions leveraging

LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering

. Drive

consulting engagements

and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships with clear governance and delivery accountability. Ensure solutions adhere to

Responsible AI principles, data privacy standards, model safety, and enterprise compliance

. Provide

thought leadership

via whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and conference talks. Collaborate with internal innovation labs and product teams to co-create

next-gen AI accelerators and IP

.

Required Skills & Experience

4-10 years

of experience with a strong mix of

consulting, AI engineering, and product delivery

. Proven leadership of

GenAI or AI/ML teams

, ideally in digital consulting firms, innovation labs, or AI product companies. Deep expertise in

GenAI capabilities

including: Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Agentic Workflows & Prompt Engineering Familiarity with

cloud-native AI platforms

: Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI. Technical fluency in

Python, LangChain, vector databases, API integrations, and Model Ops (MLOps/LLMOps)

. Strong

stakeholder management, client engagement, and delivery governance

skills.

Preferred

Prior experience in a

GenAI innovation lab, consulting firm, or AI-first product company

. Recognized

thought leader

with contributions in AI forums, conferences, or publications.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
