JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join a cutting-edge team supporting a MoodWorks initiative (NowAssist) for a high-impact J&J spin-out project. This role focuses on building intelligent solutions that drive personalized, real-time assistance using AI/ML models within digital health and enterprise productivity ecosystems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, build, and deploy AI models to support MoodWorks' NowAssist platform capabilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, product, UX, engineering) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly Leverage large language models (LLMs), NLP, and recommendation engines to enhance user interaction Contribute to the architecture and optimization of real-time AI-powered workflows Continuously evaluate new AI/ML technologies, tools, and frameworks for innovation Ensure all AI implementations align with privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar ML frameworks Strong understanding of NLP, neural networks, embeddings, and LLMs Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools Experience with chatbots, recommendation systems, or health-tech AI applications is a plus * Agile mindset and strong collaboration and communication skills
