talented AI Engineer
to join our Bangalore-based team. In this role, you will design and implement
AI-powered features
that enhance how users discover, interact with, and benefit from content within the Trust Portal -- including
personalized recommendations, workflow automation, and intelligent data insights

Your Responsibilities
Design, develop, and integrate
AI and machine learning models
into the Corporater Trust Portal.
Build
recommendation systems
to personalize content discovery for users.
Implement
natural language processing (NLP)
and
data classification
features to categorize and enhance portal content.
Automate data-driven workflows and assist in decision-support systems using AI insights.
Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and product managers to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
Deploy and monitor ML models in production, ensuring performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Evaluate and fine-tune existing AI frameworks and open-source models to suit Corporater's needs.
Stay current with the latest research and industry trends in
AI, ML, NLP, and LLM integration
.
What You Bring
3-6 years
of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
Proficiency in
Python
and frameworks such as
TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
.
Experience with
NLP

recommendation systems
, or
predictive modeling
.
Familiarity with
LLMs (Large Language Models)

vector databases
, and
AI APIs

Strong understanding of
