This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsMin Experience: 5 yearsLocation: Bangalore, IndiaJobType: full-timeAs an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions across our product portfolio. You will work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and product managers to bring AI-powered features from concept to production. This role requires strong theoretical knowledge in artificial intelligence, as well as hands-on experience in building scalable AI systems.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and solutions to solve real-world problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services.
• Evaluate and improve the performance of AI models through continuous experimentation and iteration.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, deep learning, and related fields.
• Build and optimize data pipelines to support training and inference of AI models.
• Implement MLOps best practices to enable scalable model training, monitoring, and deployment.
• Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and train custom models as required.
• Translate business problems into AI/ML problems and identify the right tools, algorithms, or models to solve them.
• Document model design decisions, methodologies, and processes for internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 59 years of industry experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
• Deep understanding of machine learning and AI concepts including supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and NLP.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering measurable results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

• Publications or contributions to open-source AI projects.
• Experience with AI model interpretability, bias mitigation, and ethical AI design.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and vector databases.
