Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy

AI and machine learning models

for ad performance optimization, lead scoring, and customer segmentation. Implement

predictive analytics

to improve targeting, bidding strategies, and ROI tracking in marketing campaigns. Build

recommendation engines

and personalization systems for ads and content delivery. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business goals into AI-powered solutions. Automate workflows for

campaign management, A/B testing

, and audience insights. Utilize

NLP models

for ad copy generation, sentiment analysis, and creative testing. Work with data teams to collect, clean, and analyze marketing datasets. Stay updated with the latest in

AI/ML, AdTech, and MarTech innovations

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.(1-2 Years of Experience) Strong programming skills in

Python

, with experience using

TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn

. Experience with

data pipelines

,

API integration

, and

cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

. Solid understanding of

digital marketing metrics

(CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.). Familiarity with

ad platforms APIs

(Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) or

marketing automation tools

(HubSpot, Marketo). Ability to develop

predictive and prescriptive models

for campaign optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in

AdTech, MarTech, or performance marketing environments

. Understanding of

programmatic advertising

and

data-driven media buying

. Familiarity with

generative AI

tools for ad creative generation or dynamic content optimization. Knowledge of

SQL, BigQuery

, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
