Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative

AI Digital Marketing Executive

with over 3 years of hands-on experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies with a focus on leveraging

AI tools and technologies

to optimize campaigns, personalize user experiences, and improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) using AI-driven tools. Leverage AI and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ChatGPT, HubSpot, SEMrush, Jasper AI) to create personalized content and automate marketing workflows. Use predictive analytics and AI algorithms to improve targeting, lead scoring, and customer segmentation. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and KPIs to optimize campaigns and report insights. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and drive lead generation. Stay updated with the latest AI marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Assist in the implementation of chatbots, AI-driven email campaigns, and other automation tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Certification in digital marketing or AI tools is a plus. Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven experience using AI tools and automation platforms. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and marketing automation platforms. Knowledge of AI technologies such as natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and chatbots is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with AI content generation and A/B testing. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Google Analytics certification or similar is advantageous.
