Job Description

We are seeking a

Prompt Engineer and AI Agent Developer

who has hands-on experience with

ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, and agentic AI frameworks

. The ideal candidate should be able to design, build, and automate intelligent workflows that assist with

sales enablement, client engagement, research, and analytics

across our financial advisory business.This role is ideal for someone who loves experimenting with AI tools, building smart automation, and developing conversational systems that think, plan, and act independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prompt Engineering & Model Design

Develop optimized prompts for

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other LLMs

to generate high-quality, context-aware outputs.

Fine-tune system and user prompts for

specific financial, sales, and investment contexts.

Design

multi-turn conversations and agent workflows

that handle reasoning, data retrieval, and task execution.

2. AI Agent Development

Build

Agentic AI systems

using frameworks such as

LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or OpenAI Assistants API

.

Connect LLMs with external tools (Google Sheets, CRMs, databases, APIs) to automate routine work.

Develop

custom knowledge bases

and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems for domain-specific queries.

3. Workflow Automation

Create AI-powered automation for

sales scripts, client reporting, market updates, and CRM summaries.

Integrate AI systems with

Zapier, Notion, Google Workspace, or internal dashboards.

Prototype internal agents that support our

wealth management and sales teams

.

4. Research & Experimentation

Stay updated with the latest advancements in

LLMs, embeddings, and agentic frameworks.

Experiment with

new AI tools, APIs, and model updates

to evaluate real-world usefulness.

Document findings, best practices, and reusable prompt templates for the team.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Strong familiarity with

ChatGPT / OpenAI API

(gpt-4, gpt-4-turbo, or newer).

Hands-on experience with

LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI

(preferred).

Proficiency in

Python

or

JavaScript

for integrating APIs.

Understanding of

prompt optimization, embeddings, RAG, and tool calling.

Experience with

Google Workspace automation

or

CRM integrations

is a plus.

Analytical and structured problem-solving mindset.

Ability to translate business needs into

AI-powered tools and workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
