Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: We are seeking a motivated AI Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models and solutions. The candidate will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to build intelligent systems that solve complex problems and drive business value. This role requires strong programming skills, knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges. Preprocess, analyze, and interpret large datasets for model training and validation. Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems. Optimize and tune models to improve performance, accuracy, and scalability. Develop APIs and services for deploying AI models in real-world applications. Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning technologies. Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and presentations.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Must-Have Skills:

Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning. Knowledge of MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment. Exposure to cloud AI services and platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform). Familiarity with version control tools such as Git. Adaptability to evolving AI technologies and project requirements.
