Technical Requirements

Experience:

o 3+ years working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral)


Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML/DL concepts

Key Tools & Frameworks:

o Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI API


Vector databases: FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma Model tracking: W&B, MLflow Deployment: Docker, Kubernetes, REST/gRPC APIs

LLM Development & Fine-Tuning:

o Experience with SFT, LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT


Instruction-tuned dataset creation & training Prompt engineering and embedding techniques

RAG & Evaluation:

o Building RAG pipelines with retrievers and vector stores


LLM testing: hallucination detection, prompt robustness, factuality Tools: LangSmith, Langchain, LangGraph

Preferred:

o Knowledge of RLHF


Experience with model optimisation and inference acceleration
