Key Responsibilities

Develop, train, and deploy AI and machine learning models for various applications. Build and maintain data pipelines for model development and optimization. Research, evaluate, and integrate new AI tools, models, and techniques. Implement NLP, computer vision, or generative AI solutions as required. Collaborate with backend, frontend, and product teams to integrate AI features into existing systems. Perform model fine-tuning, optimization, and performance monitoring. Analyze large datasets to extract insights and enhance model accuracy. Document model architectures, datasets, APIs, and system workflows. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards. Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and statistical modeling. Experience with Python and AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras. Familiarity with NLP frameworks (spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face) or computer vision tools (OpenCV, YOLO). Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Docker). Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions. Strong debugging, documentation, and communication skills.
