Job Description

We are looking for an

AI Developer

with strong hands-on experience in

n8n

to design, build, and deploy

AI agents

and intelligent automation workflows. This role is ideal for someone who understands both

AI systems and workflow orchestration

, and can turn business processes into scalable, AI-powered solutions.

n8n experience is mandatory. Applications without real n8n experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build

AI agent workflows using n8n

Orchestrate LLM-based agents (chat, task, decision-making agents) Integrate AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or local LLMs) Build API-driven automations and event-based workflows Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines Handle error recovery, retries, logging, and workflow optimization Collaborate with product and business teams to automate processes Deploy and maintain n8n workflows in production environments

Required Skills (Must-Have)

Strong experience with n8n (non-negotiable)

Complex workflows, conditional logic, webhooks, credentials AI/LLM orchestration using n8n Experience building

AI agents

Solid understanding of

LLMs and prompt engineering

JavaScript / TypeScript (for custom logic and n8n nodes) REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON Experience with vector databases or embeddings Familiarity with Docker and cloud deployment

AI & Automation Skills

LLM tool/function calling RAG architectures Memory management for AI agents Human-in-the-loop workflows Multi-step reasoning workflows AI output validation and hallucination control

Nice to Have

Python (FastAPI, data processing) LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen Custom n8n node development Self-hosting n8n (Docker, VPS, cloud) Experience with business automation (CRM, support, ops)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
