We are looking for a
Python AI Developer
who can understand complex project scopes, design intelligent solutions, and guide the technical direction of our AI-based projects.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about solving real-world business problems using AI, architecture-level thinking, and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and analyze client requirements to design scalable AI-driven solutions.
Architect and develop robust back-end systems using
Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django)

Design and maintain
project architecture

database schema
, and
AI model pipelines
.
Integrate and utilize the latest
AI tools, APIs, and GenAI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, HuggingFace, etc.)
.
Lead a small team of junior developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery.
Collaborate with clients to translate complex business problems into practical AI solutions.
Continuously research and adopt emerging technologies in AI, ML, and data engineering.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale deployed AI models and applications.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in
Python, AI, and ML frameworks
(TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Hands-on experience with
GenAI / LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
and
prompt engineering

Strong understanding of
data structures, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
