Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and innovative

AI Developer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI-based solutions, harnessing the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intelligent systems that solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges. Develop, train, and fine-tune deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Integrate AI models into production-ready systems, ensuring scalability and performance. Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis. Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to create end-to-end AI pipelines. Optimize existing AI systems for accuracy, speed, and reliability. Stay updated on the latest AI research and technologies to incorporate best practices. Develop APIs and interfaces for AI systems to interact with other applications. Perform rigorous testing and validation of models to ensure robustness.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R. Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Strong understanding of neural networks, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning. Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred:

Experience with MLOps and deploying AI models in production environments. Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Apache Kafka. Certifications in AI/ML or related technologies. Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or AI ethics.
