Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using Azure Open AI and other relevant tools to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging AI and automation to improve existing processes. Utilize Copilot Studio and Power Automate to develop automated workflows that enhance productivity and efficiency. Employ Azure ML to build, train, and deploy machine learning models that solve complex business problems. Integrate and utilize Cognitive Services to enhance applications with capabilities such as natural language processing, image recognition, and predictive analytics. Conduct testing and validation of AI models and applications to ensure accuracy and performance. Monitor and analyze system performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize solutions and address any issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance our offerings.

Required Skills :

8+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in AI/ML and bot development. Experience delivering enterprise-grade chatbot/AI platforms integrated with backend services. Strong system design and architecture skills, especially for distributed and event-driven systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities. Python, LLMs ( Azure OpenAI, Anthropic), PyTorch, Hugging Face Prompt Engineering, Vector Search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation Microsoft Bot Framework/LangChain / Rasa OAuth2, Middleware, Webhooks, Channel Integrations (Teams, WhatsApp, Web, IVR) Node.js, Java Spring Boot, .NET Core * Azure/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
