We are looking for a highly creative and AI-driven designer who can blend design, motion, and storytelling to produce high-impact visual assets. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate creative production and build scalable content systems across video, motion, branding, and marketing design.
Requirements
What You'll Do

• Lead AI-first creative production using tools such as Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney, D-ID, Kaiber, etc. to generate and edit videos, visuals, and motion graphics.
• Produce video and motion content including demo videos, explainers, animations, testimonials, and campaign assets for social channels, websites, and events.
• Build, refine, and maintain the brand's visual identity--color, typography, layouts, motion language, and scalable templates.
• Design high-performance social and marketing creatives including carousels, ad assets, reels/shorts, thumbnails, and event visuals.
• Create sales and product enablement assets such as decks, one-pagers, case studies, and ABM collaterals with strong narrative clarity.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to craft compelling storytelling that drives conversion and engagement.
• Experiment and innovate with creative formats, run A/B tests, automate workflows, and leverage AI pipelines to increase output speed and quality.

Success Indicators (Within 90-120 Days)

• Launch a complete visual identity toolkit (brand templates, motion guidelines, creative library) within 30 days.
• Deliver 2-3 high-quality video assets per month (demo, explainer, or testimonial).
• Build a design automation stack powered by AI workflows for rapid iteration.

Must-Haves

• 0-3 years of experience in design, motion graphics, or creative content roles (startup or agency experience is a plus).
• Strong portfolio including:

• At least one product or explainer video
• Deck or visual campaign
• Social/motion creatives
• Branding or design system work

• Expertise with Figma + Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere).
• AI-native tools proficiency (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, D-ID, Kaiber, ElevenLabs, Descript, CapCut, etc.).
• Experience with Webflow or Framer and motion-based storytelling.
• Exceptional attention to detail on brand consistency, typography, layout, and narrative design.
