CTG is seeking to fill an AI Data Scientist position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 2 months
Duties:
Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions using foundation and large language models (LLMs).
Leverage advanced analytics, NLP, and ML techniques to process structured and unstructured data.
Architect and deploy cognitive computing systems for business applications.
Develop and optimize models for text, image, voice, or video processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
Utilize tools such as GitHub Copilot and Amazon CodeWhisperer for model development and automation.
Conduct research, experimentation, and performance tuning to ensure scalable AI deployments.
Skills:
Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face).
Experience with NLP, ML, and foundation model techniques.
Strong understanding of AI libraries such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL, Postgres, DB2, MongoDB).
Experience with modern UI frameworks (React.js, AngularJS, Bootstrap, JQuery).
Experience:
Proven experience architecting and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
Hands-on experience with large language models and cognitive computing.
Strong background in one or more areas: NLP, Image Processing, Video Processing, Voice Processing, or Watson technologies.
Experience across the full AI project lifecycle -- from research and prototyping to deployment.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $37.00 to $44.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
