Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze all
client and broker data
to identify patterns, gaps, and growth opportunities.
Run
predictive analysis
on lead conversion and client lifetime value.
Build and maintain
data scraping tools
to gather external intelligence on markets, trends, and competitors.
Dashboards & Reporting
Create
live dashboards
showing leads, CPL, CAC, ROI, and sales funnel performance.
Design
"money dashboards"
to track exactly where revenue is generated -- and where it leaks.
Provide
daily snapshots + weekly reports
to guide decision-making.
Creative & Content Analytics
Analyze
media reports
and provide recommendations to the content team.
Track
trending topics, keywords, hashtags, and social behaviors
.
Feed insights to content creators for
data-led storytelling
.
Funnel & Attribution
Own the
marketing-to-sales funnel
: lead ? qualified lead ? client.
Run
A/B tests
across ads, landing pages, emails, and WhatsApp flows.
Build
attribution models
to measure which channels bring in the most revenue.
Sync weekly with the sales team to ensure campaigns match sales priorities.
Future-Forward Data
Explore
new AI tools, boutique agencies, and platforms
to support data analysis.
Define
new avenues to sell real estate in 2026
, especially direct-to-client, AI-driven.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in
data science, analytics, or marketing tech
.
Proficiency in
Python/R, SQL, and data scraping tools/APIs
.
Hands-on with
BI tools
(Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or open-source dashboards).
Familiar with
GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar marketing analytics
.
Curious mindset -- always testing, automating, and finding smarter ways to work.
Strong communicator who can simplify data for sales & marketing teams.
Based in India, fluent in English (Arabic is a plus but not required).
