Role Overview -

AI Creative Producer / Engineer

Understand brand briefs deeply - Translate brand goals, tone, and messaging into clear video requirements. Develop storylines & concepts Use AI tools, LLMs, and your own creative thinking to develop video narratives, hooks, and flows. Think like an AI Creative Director - Break stories into key visual frames / scenes Decide what needs to be generated via AI vs. traditional editing Design prompts, references, and visual directions for AI generation Create AI-generated video assets Generate frames, clips, and visual elements using AI tools Experiment with new AI models and workflows Collaborate with editors Hand off AI-generated assets with clear direction Ensure final videos meet brand expectations Own delivery & quality Manage timelines for your assigned briefs Push for better storytelling, visuals, and clarity Iterate quickly based on feedback

About You

0-2 years experience (or strong student projects / internships) Background in design, film, media, marketing, animation, or tech + creative Basic understanding of: Video storytelling, Visual composition, Social / ad content formats Ability to write clear prompts, story outlines, and creative notes Experience with Generative image/video tools - ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway etc. Some understanding of what is possible in editing softwares (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, etc.) Personal projects using AI Strong visual taste (Instagram, YouTube, ads, reels, etc.) Portfolio / Google Drive / Notion showcasing work
