About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic

Field Sales Counsellor

with a background in Computer Science or IT to promote and sell AI & technology courses to students and young professionals across Mumbai.

This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about AI, sales, and education technology and who want to grow their careers in the fast-growing EdTech sector.

Key Responsibilities

Visit colleges, coaching centers, and educational hubs across Mumbai to promote AI & tech courses. Generate leads and convert them into enrollments through face-to-face interaction. Conduct on-ground marketing activities such as seminars. Explain course content, benefits, pricing, and career opportunities to potential learners. Collect market feedback and share insights to improve sales and outreach strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, counselors, and institutions. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.

Requirements

(Graduates from any stream may apply if passionate about tech sales).

Gender Preference: Male candidates only.

Location: Must be based in Mumbai and willing to travel across the city.

Skills:

Good communication & interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of AI & tech courses (advantageous). Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in fieldwork. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques & tools.
