Role Overview

We are looking for a tech-savvy

AI Content Creator

who is obsessed with the intersection of creativity and artificial intelligence. Your mission is to leverage cutting-edge AI tools to generate high-quality text, images, and video content for our clients. You'll be the bridge between traditional storytelling and the future of digital automation.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Assisted Production:

Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and Canva Magic Studio to generate social media posts, blogs, and visual assets.

Prompt Engineering:

Develop and refine complex prompts to ensure AI outputs match specific brand voices and visual styles.

Human-in-the-Loop Editing:

Fact-check, refine, and "humanize" AI-generated content to ensure it is accurate, empathetic, and aligns with client goals.

Workflow Optimization:

Identify and implement new AI tools to speed up the agency's creative processes without sacrificing quality.

Trend Spotting:

Stay ahead of the curve on new AI features (like Sora, Runway, or new LLM updates) and how they can be used for our clients.
Requirements & Skills

Communication:

Excellent writing and editing skills. You must be able to spot "robotic" writing and fix it instantly.

AI Tool Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with LLMs (ChatGPT/Claude) and Image Generators (Midjourney/DALL-E). Knowledge of AI video tools is a major plus.

Creative Eye:

A strong sense of design, layout, and storytelling.

Problem-Solving:

The ability to troubleshoot when AI doesn't give you the result you want on the first try.

Freshers:

Must show a portfolio of AI-generated work (e.g., a dedicated Instagram page, a blog, or a collection of AI art).
