We are looking for AI Calling Agent Developer - Hindi/Hinglish (Exotel + WhatsApp + LLM Integration)

Location: Mumbai preferred (Remote India OK for right candidate)

Engagement: Contract / Project-based (2-3 week pilot, extendable to full-time)

About Us

Fibre Bond Industries is a leading belt manufacturer based in Navi Mumbai. We are building an AI-powered sales calling system to respond to leads from Instagram and WhatsApp in real-time, in Hindi and Hinglish, and follow up with WhatsApp pamphlet sharing and CRM updates.

Project Scope

You will be responsible for end-to-end development of an AI calling agent that:

Receives leads from Instagram ads & WhatsApp Business API.

Makes outbound calls via Exotel (DLT-compliant) or Twilio.

Uses AI voice (Hindi/Hinglish) with real-time ASR (speech-to-text) and TTS (text-to-speech).

Integrates with LLM (OpenAI / Claude / Sarvam AI) for conversation logic.

On positive intent, triggers WhatsApp pamphlet send via WATI/Sensy API.

Logs all call details, transcripts, and lead status in our Laravel/MySQL CRM.

Deploys on a secure cloud server (AWS/Azure) with minimal latency.

Required Skills

Telephony APIs: Exotel (preferred), Twilio Media Streams, or Knowlarity.

AI Voice Platforms: Retell AI, ElevenLabs, Sarvam AI, Vocode, or Ultravox.

Languages: Node.js or Python for real-time media streaming; Laravel/PHP for CRM integration.

ASR/TTS: Hindi/Hinglish real-time speech recognition & synthesis.

Workflow Automation: n8n, Zapier, or custom webhook handling.

WhatsApp API: WATI, Sensy, or WhatsApp Cloud API integration.

Cloud: AWS EC2/Lambda, Azure Functions, or equivalent.

Nice to Have

Experience with DLT registration for India calling.

Knowledge of barge-in handling (caller interrupt mid-sentence).

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management flows.

Prior experience in BFSI/Telemarketing AI bots.
