We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.erve as the primary liaison between the AI team and business segments and functions, translating business needs into AI opportunities and building business cases for priority use cases Lead the AI Champions program, fostering engagement, training, and alignment across a diverse global network. Support resource development for the AI Champions, including training and supporting Champion needs Collaborate with the Program Manager and AI development team to prioritize and sequence initiatives based on business impact. Facilitate intake and discovery sessions with business leaders to identify high-value use cases. Ensure business readiness for AI deployments, including change management and enablement planning. Track and report on business value delivered through AI initiatives. Act as a thought partner to senior segment and function leaders on AI strategy and innovation. Support continuous improvement of the AI operating model based on business feedback and outcomes.

Qualifications
Education:Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred

Experiences:5-10 years of experience in business transformation, digital strategy, or enterprise technology leadership roles. Proven track record of leading and supporting cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes. Strong understanding of AI technologies, business applications, and change management principles.

Competencies:Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing at the executive level. Experience managing global programs and leading distributed teams. Strategic thinking Strong communication skills Influence at all levels of the organization
