AI-Based Retail Solutions Developer

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled AI-Based Retail Solutions Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications that enhance customer experience, optimize retail operations, and drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will blend expertise in AI/ML technologies with a deep understanding of retail systems and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop AI-powered solutions for demand forecasting, personalization, inventory optimization, and customer analytics

- Integrate machine learning models into retail platforms and mobile applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI products

- Ensure data integrity, model accuracy, and system performance across deployments

- Stay current with emerging AI trends and retail technologies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks

- Experience with retail data sets, POS systems, and e-commerce platforms

- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
