Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on advanced data science, machine learning, and big data technologies. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and data engineering tools to empower teams with the skills necessary for innovative data-driven solutions. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver training modules on topics such as AWS, TensorFlow, Hadoop, Spark, SQL, Python, R, SAS, Talend, Looker, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and other analytics tools. Conduct workshops on machine learning techniques including supervised and unsupervised learning, natural language processing, model training, deployment, and data mining. Facilitate training on database design, ETL processes, data integration with linked data concepts, and big data architecture. Provide guidance on AI applications such as quantum engineering and natural language processing projects. Collaborate with technical teams to identify skill gaps and tailor training programs accordingly. Stay current with emerging trends in analytics, machine learning frameworks, and cloud services to ensure training content remains relevant and cutting-edge. Evaluate trainee progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in machine learning, AI development, or data science roles with a strong understanding of frameworks like TensorFlow and machine learning algorithms. Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS for deploying scalable models. Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java, C, R, SAS, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and SQL for data analysis and model deployment. Solid knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark for processing large datasets. Experience with ETL tools like Talend for data integration workflows. Strong understanding of database design principles and analytics tools like Looker for visualization. Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and quantum engineering concepts is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible training content. This position is integral to advancing our organization's technical expertise in analytics and machine learning domains through engaging instruction and practical knowledge transfer.
