Job Description

We're building an AI-first organization - enhancing how our teams work, collaborate, and deliver. Externally, we're creating AI solutions that become products we bring to market. And we're doing it now, at velocity, at the frontier. As the AI Automation & Tooling Lead, you'll own the management, deployment, and evolution of Robosoft's AI toolset. You'll work across every business function and technical domain to identify use cases, test implementations, drive adoption through low-code/no-code solutions, and measure impact.

Responsibilities:

AI Opportunity Mapping & Testing
+ Identify and test AI opportunities across business functions and technical domains
+ Assess use cases based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment
+ Design and execute pilots with rapid low-code/no-code prototyping
Own the Overall AI Tools Stack
+ Identify, select, deploy, and manage our AI toolset across the organization
+ Understand current capabilities, opportunities, and gaps across our tool stack
+ Know the tools inside-out and apply them rapidly to business contexts
+ Work with teams to evolve our AI stack vision and stay at the frontier of AI adoption
Understand AI Capabilities & Future Roadmaps
+ Stay current on AI platform capabilities, features, and emerging tools
+ Track how leading organizations deploy AI and adapt best practices
+ Define how our AI stack evolves as technology advances
Implement & Own Measurement of AI Implementations
+ Implement monitoring and reporting on AI usage, adoption, and impact
+ Define and track metrics that quantify organizational value: time savings, quality improvements, efficiency gains
+ Build business cases that demonstrate ROI and inform prioritization
Serve as the AI Tools Expert
+ Be the go-to resource for understanding and applying AI tools across the business
+ Provide troubleshooting, advanced use case support, and best practices guidance
+ Create documentation and resources that enable self-service adoption
+ Conduct training and office hours to help teams leverage AI effectively
Drive Enablement & Adoption
+ Design onboarding experiences and training programs tailored to different roles and domains
+ Build a champion network to drive local adoption
+ Work with the people team to launch adoption campaigns and feedback loops to continuously improve tools and enablement

Requirements:

5-7 years of technical experience in roles such as: technical program management, solutions architecture, developer tools, AI/ML implementation, or technical product management Demonstrated success driving adoption of AI tools or technical platforms across an organization Experience working across technical and business functions to identify and deploy technology solutions Track record of enabling teams through training, documentation, and hands-on support AI Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, M365 Copilot, Google Agent Space, or similar platforms Developer AI Tools: Experience with Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or other AI-enhanced development tools Low-Code/No-Code Development: Ability to rapidly build solutions and workflows using platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio and other automation tools AI Infrastructure (High-Level): Understanding of core AI infrastructure components such as MCP servers, agent skills, and agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.) AI/ML Concepts: Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and model capabilities Measurement & Analytics: Experience implementing adoption tracking and measuring AI efficiency and impact
