About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Automation Specialist who is passionate about leveraging the latest AI tools and technologies to automate operations and customer engagement processes in the real estate domain. You will work directly with the founders and business heads to identify opportunities for automation, build intelligent workflows, voice bots, chatbots, and CRM integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deploy AI voice agents for outbound calling (English + Hindi), using tools like Exotel, Twilio, Dialogflow, or similar.

Build and optimize automation workflows for lead capture, follow-ups, WhatsApp/SMS campaigns, and CRM updates.

Integrate AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Dialogflow, Make.com, Zapier, Tars, or Yellow.ai into our daily operations.

Automate internal tasks like lead qualification, email summaries, appointment reminders, and reporting.

Work with telephony APIs and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) to manage real-time interactions.

Build and maintain dashboards to monitor automation effectiveness, lead flows, and campaign results.

Research and implement new AI tools that enhance team productivity (voice-to-text, AI video tools, task automation, etc.)

Ensure data security, compliance, and scalability of all automation tools used.

? Must-Have Skills:

Strong understanding of AI automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, Twilio, Dialogflow, GPT APIs, Exotel, Kaleyra, etc.)

Experience in building voice/chat agents with multilingual support.

Working knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, or custom CRMs.

Ability to understand business workflows and convert them into automation processes.

Hands-on experience with tools like Google Sheets, APIs, Google Cloud/AWS, Webhooks, and databases.

Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or low-code environments).

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

Experience in the real estate tech or proptech space.

Understanding of sales and marketing automation funnels.

Familiarity with WhatsApp API, SMS gateway integrations.

UI/UX skills to design internal dashboards or bot interfaces.
