Educational Qualification:
? MCA / M.Tech / MSc Computer Science / BE / BTech or equivalent
? Strong foundation in Computer Science, Software Engineering, and Applied AI
Core Responsibilities :
? Design and develop Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making, workflow execution, and tool orchestration
? Build AI automation platforms for enterprises, aligned with training, HR, operations, sales, and productivity use cases
? Architect and implement SaaS-based AI products with subscription models, role-based access, and usage-based billing
? Enhance AI methodologies including LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, vector databases, and fine-tuning strategies
? Lead AI research and experimentation, evaluating new models, frameworks, and automation patterns
? Translate business problems into scalable AI-driven solutions and reusable modules
? Own project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and documentation
? Prepare Detailed Statements of Work (SOW) for clients, internal products, and training-led enterprise engagements
? Recruit, mentor, and manage AI engineers, automation specialists, and interns
? Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure, including cloud services, servers, security, backups, and deployment pipelines
? Collaborate with training teams to convert AI solutions into enterprise-ready learning modules
Technical Skills Required:
? Strong proficiency in React JS JavaScript / Node.js (any two mandatory)
? Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, open-source models, orchestration frameworks)
? Experience with AI agents, workflows, tools, and multi-agent systems
? Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and SaaS architecture
