AI Automation Specialist - eCommerce & Marketing Systems

Goal: Implement AI-driven automation to improve efficiency, personalization, and scalability in eCommerce store operations and marketing.

We're seeking an AI Automation Specialist who can design, implement, and optimize automated workflows for eCommerce stores and marketing campaigns. You'll work across platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, Zapier, ManyChat, Make.com, and integrate AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and custom bots to automate tasks, increase conversion rates, and scale client performance.

Responsibilities:

Set up AI-based customer support/chatbots (e.g., ManyChat, Tidio, Intercom with GPT) Automate abandoned cart flows, welcome series, and post-purchase email journeys using Klaviyo or Omnisend Use Zapier, Make.com, or custom APIs to connect tools (Shopify <> CRM <> Ads) Build AI tools for product recommendations, review generation, and auto content creation Implement predictive analytics, AI-generated ad creatives, and copy Integrate GPT or Claude-powered backend assistants for client stores
Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of automation tools: Zapier, Make, Pabbly, Activepieces Experience with eCom tools: Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias, ManyChat Working knowledge of GPT-4, Claude, DALLE, or Midjourney integrations API knowledge (REST, Webhooks) is a plus Creative problem-solving + ability to implement fast, scalable automation
