Role Summary

Drive revenue by engaging companies to adopt AI solutions that automate and simplify their operational processes. Identify opportunities where manual workflows create bottlenecks, then guide clients through demos, proofs-of-concept, and customized AI integrations to boost productivity and cut costs. Target mid-sized enterprises in sectors like legal tech, manufacturing, or services, aligning with startup goals in Haryana and Delhi regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and qualify leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, focusing on companies with outdated processes ripe for AI disruption.

- Conduct discovery calls to map client workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, and propose AI tools (e.g., automation platforms, chatbots, predictive analytics) for process overhaul.

- Deliver compelling demos and ROI analyses showing how AI reduces compliance burdens and scales operations, such as automating legal document handling or supply chain tasks.

?- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding for 80%+ client retention.

- Track sales pipeline in CRM tools, hit quarterly targets (e.g., 10+ deals), and stay updated on AI trends like NLP and workflow automation.

?Required Qualifications

- 2+ years in B2B tech sales, ideally selling SaaS or AI products; bonus for legal tech or compliance experience.

- Strong grasp of AI applications (e.g., process automation, ML models) with ability to explain tech simply to non-technical buyers.

- Proven track record closing deals worth INR 5-10 lakhs annually; familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo.io, or n8n.

?- Excellent communication in English and Hindi; based near Delhi-NCR for in-person client meets when needed.
