Key Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and business processes using AI & automation tools.
Develop, configure, and deploy automation workflows (RPA, chatbots, APIs, AI integrations).
Work with tools like
UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Zapier, Power Automate, ChatGPT APIs, or similar platforms
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, operations, and sales) to design and deliver automation solutions.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of automation workflows.
Research new AI technologies and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
Prepare documentation, training, and support for end-users on automation processes.
Ensure automation solutions comply with data security and organizational standards.
Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
6 months - 3 years of experience in AI automation, RPA, or related domains.
Hands-on knowledge of
automation tools
(UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, Integromat, etc.).
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and API integrations (preferred).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills with ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
