Develop and deliver department-specific AI training programs tailored to business needs.
Educate employees on AI tools, automation techniques, data analytics, and machine learning applications relevant to their roles.
Conduct workshops, hands-on sessions, and practical exercises for employees across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, R&D, IT, and Customer Support.
Keep up-to-date with AI trends, tools, and technologies and recommend implementation strategies for organizational efficiency.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with department heads to identify AI adoption opportunities and training gaps.
Create easy-to-understand learning materials, manuals, and guides for employees.
Support employees in integrating AI tools into their daily workflows
