Educational Qualifications (Any ONE of the following)

Option 1: Engineering / Technology Background

B.E. / B.Tech

in: Computer Science Information Technology Artificial Intelligence Data Science Electronics & Communication With

B.Ed.

(preferred, especially for regular teaching posts)

Option 2: Computer Applications

BCA / MCA

With

B.Ed.

or teaching experience (preferred)

Option 3: Science / Mathematics Background

Graduation in Science / Mathematics / Statistics

Plus

recognized certification in AI / Machine Learning / Data Science

Plus

B.Ed.

(preferred)

Mandatory / Strongly Preferred Certifications

CBSE encourages AI teachers to have training from:

CBSE Centre of Excellence (CoE)

CBSE-Intel / CBSE-IBM / CBSE-Microsoft AI training programs
