We are seeking a skilled AI Architect / Senior Backend Developer with 5-6 years of experience in backend development and hands-on exposure to AI-driven system architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable backend solutions, integrating AI capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build high-performance, intelligent applications aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js and/or C#.
Architect and integrate AI/ML-powered solutions into backend services and APIs.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for large-scale applications.
Collaborate with product managers, frontend teams, and AI/ML engineers to convert requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of backend systems.
Optimize databases and backend workflows for high availability.
Implement best practices for system design, coding standards, and deployment.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Work effectively in a US time zone and collaborate with global teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5-6 years of experience in backend development.
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and/or C# (.NET).
Practical experience with AI architecture or integrating AI/ML models into applications.
Solid understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and system design principles.
Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Familiarity with Docker and container-based deployments.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a remote, US-shift environment.
Good to Have
Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.).
Knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues.
Prior experience in SaaS or product-based companies.
