Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned AI Architect to join our dynamic AI team working on advanced products for the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong technical depth who can lead end-to-end architecture design, deployment planning, and scaling of AI-driven systems, both on AWS cloud and on-premise environments.

Design and implement robust, secure, and scalable AI/ML system architectures for BFSI products. Architect end-to-end solutions involving data pipelines, model serving, monitoring, and CI/CD workflows. Lead infrastructure design for cloud (AWS) and on-premise deployments, ensuring high availability and compliance. Collaborate with backend, frontend, and data science teams to ensure seamless integration of AI components into products. Define and enforce best practices in MLOps, data governance, model versioning, and API integrations. Plan and manage product scalability, performance optimization, and load balancing for real-time and batch systems. Evaluate trade-offs in system design, keeping security, latency, and BFSI regulations in mind. Conduct code and design reviews and mentor team members on architectural standards.

Skills:

Strong experience designing and deploying AI/ML systems in AWS and on-premise environments. Deep understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, MLOps practices, and scalable architecture patterns. LLMs base and fine tuned building and handling at scale for different tasks Experience working in or with clients from the BFSI sector with awareness of data security and compliance requirements. Solid grasp of Docker, Kubernetes, EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, and VPC setup. Familiarity with model deployment frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, TorchServe, TensorFlow Serving). Basic understanding of frontend and backend. Knowledge of networking, load balancing, auto-scaling, and high availability systems. Strong documentation and communication skills. Excellent verbal communication skills Good problem-solving skills, Attention to detail, Ability to multitask Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities are required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
