About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated

AI & Analytics Specialist

to join our technology team at Crest Climbers Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. You will play a key role in designing and delivering intelligent analytics, cost-optimization models, and AI-powered troubleshooting frameworks for enterprise clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional teams to identify analytics use cases across operations, IT, and manufacturing. Design and implement data pipelines for real-time and batch analytics. Build AI/ML models for cost optimization, predictive maintenance, and anomaly detection. Develop smart checklists, SOP automation, and AI-based issue resolution tools. Create and manage dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana. Collaborate with clients to define KPIs and measurable business outcomes. Support end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment. Continuously monitor and improve model accuracy and system performance.

Required Skills

Strong experience in

Python, R, or SQL

for analytics. Good knowledge of

Power BI / Tableau / Grafana

for reporting & dashboarding. Hands-on experience with

machine learning (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.)

. Familiarity with

IoT data

, log analysis, or process optimization analytics. Ability to translate business problems into analytical models. Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in

AI for operations, service management, or manufacturing

. Exposure to

ERP/CRM/IoT data integrations

. Knowledge of

NLP

for chatbot or assistant-type applications. Experience with

SOP automation

or rule engine design.
