The impact that you will be making
The role would require you to give end-to-end support to the product development and analytics
services teams, maintain a strong relationship with our clients, and ensure client delight. Your
primary responsibility will be troubleshooting and resolving issues, with a secondary
responsibility of contributing to product development and improving workflows and processes.
What lands you in this role
? Technical skills:
? Knowledge of SQL and Excel. Knowledge of Python will be a plus.
? Knowledge of basic statistics will be an added advantage
? Knowledge of database management, reporting and analysis
? Ability to prepare technical documentation like product issue logs, user manuals, product release notes and troubleshooting guides
? Ability to work on complex, unique technical issues, and research possible solutions using a combination of consulting and testing
? Business acumen:
? Basic knowledge in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
? Problem-solving skills:
? Ability to perform root cause analysis to get to the bottom of the issue
? Ability to do abstract problem-solving and ideation
? Ability to take up major collaborative efforts across various departments for issue resolution and product design
