Role Overview

We are hiring an AI Ambassador to lead the adoption and integration of AI-driven tools

and automation across departments within both agencies. You will play a critical role in

transforming digital marketing operations--streamlining processes, enhancing

productivity, and maximizing client outcomes through innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Assessment:
Conduct comprehensive audits of existing processes across SEO, Media,

Creative, Tech, and Client Servicing to identify gaps and opportunities for AI

integration.

AI Implementation:
Recommend and deploy AI-powered tools to improve content creation,

reporting, media automation, data analysis, and campaign optimization.

Team Training & Enablement:
Design and lead AI training workshops to educate teams on tools like ChatGPT,

Midjourney, Jasper, Zapier, and more, driving a culture of AI adoption.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work alongside department heads to align AI strategies with campaign goals,

client objectives, and business KPIs.

Performance Optimization:
Continuously track the performance of AI-driven changes, optimize

implementation, and ensure ROI across digital campaigns.

Who You Are

AI & Automation Expert:
Proficient in generative AI and automation tools relevant to digital marketing.

Digitally Fluent:
Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including SEO, paid

media, content marketing, and client servicing.

Change Driver:
Passionate about innovation with a proven track record of leading tech adoption

in agency environments.

Trainer & Mentor:
Experienced in training team members and building enthusiasm around new

tools and processes.
