Responsibilities

Design and build advanced AI agents capable of executing complex multi-step tasks autonomously. Integrate external APIs, tools, and data sources to extend agent functionalities. Architect scalable workflows using LangChain or LangGraph frameworks. Monitor, evaluate, and optimize agent performance and reliability. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement business-driven agent solutions. Maintain detailed documentation of agent workflows, design decisions, and iterations. Explore and incorporate new tools and frameworks to enhance agent intelligence. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers on agent development best practices.

Skills

Must-have

2-3 years of experience in AI agent development and automation. Strong proficiency in Python with advanced scripting and integration skills. Expertise in LangChain and LangGraph for building modular agent architectures.

Good-to-have

Solid experience with API integrations and multi-service orchestration. Knowledge of vector databases for retrieval and context capabilities.

Will be a plus

Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience with CrewAI and AutoGen frameworks. Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployments. * Experience using Weights & Biases for tracking experiments.
