The role involves building and managing AI agents or chatbots using tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion AI, or similar platforms to automate routine tasks such as client follow-ups, design documentation, project coordination, and social media support. Ideal candidates should be familiar with AI tools, prompt writing, and workflow creation. An understanding of architectural processes and basic coding or API integration skills would be an added advantage.
